March is Brain Tumor Awareness Month, which means it’s time to focus on the most important organ in our body: the brain. This remarkable organ is responsible for our thoughts, emotions, movements, and everything in between. Unfortunately, it can also be a breeding ground for tumors.

Now, you may be wondering, what does brain tumor awareness have to do with a healthy lifestyle, diet, and supplements? Well, as it turns out, quite a bit. While there’s no one-size-fits-all solution to preventing brain tumors, there are certain lifestyle choices that can reduce your risk.
