We accept returns no later than 45 days from the original purchase date for credit only. The returned product must be unopened and unused and show no signs of tampering. Please provide a proof of purchase.
Some products are final sale and are not eligible for return (foot bath systems, etc). Please reach out if you are unsure whether or not your product can be returned.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know if a refund has been approved. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to show on your statements before reaching out.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please reach out to us and provide photos and details explaining the defect/damage so it can be assessed.
If you need to ship back to us...
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The initial shipping cost for getting the product to you upon purchase will not be refunded, and depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning a product that has been approved for a refund due to an error on our part, we will refund you the cost of shipping the product back to us. In all other cases, Ananta Nutritionals will not reimburse you for the shipping costs.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we would highly recommend using a shipping service with tracking information or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
