"At Ananta Nutritionals, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs or expectations. That's why we offer returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for credit only. The returned product must be unopened, unused, and show no signs of tampering. Please note that some products are final sale and are not eligible for return (foot bath systems, etc). If you're unsure if your product can be returned, please reach out to us.
It's important to note that returns should not be sent to the manufacturer and refunds (if applicable) will be processed and applied to the original method of payment after the return is received and inspected. Allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
In the case of defective or damaged products, we will gladly exchange them. Please reach out to us and provide photos and details of the defect/damage for assessment.
Please note that shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer. The initial shipping cost for getting the product to you will not be refunded. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will reimburse the cost of shipping the product back to us. In all other cases, Ananta Nutritionals will not reimburse shipping costs.
